You are solely responsible for how you use Content in combination with any other images, texts, graphics or other materials that you include in your products. You agree not to incorporate any images, text styles, designs, service marks, copyrighted work, or other works owned by third parties into your products, without the permission of their owners. You warrant that your Products do not violate any third party rights, including copyrights, trademarks or privacy rights, nor will they defame anyone else. Furthermore, you guarantee that you have all rights and permissions necessary to include third-party material in your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right, and authority to place the order and you authorize Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) to produce the Products on your behalf.

Content from Customers

When you combine images, texts, graphics or text with your own content, you are solely responsible. You agree not to include any images, text styles, designs, service marks, copyrighted work, or other works by or for a third-party in your products without the owner’s permission. You warrant that your Products do not violate any rights, or the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks or the right to privacy and publicity, and that they will not defame or infringe upon the rights of any third party. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right, and authority to place the order and you authorize Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) to produce the Products on your behalf.

The creator of any information, data, texts, graphics, or messages (“Content”), is solely responsible for the Content. You are responsible for all Content that you transmit, upload or upload via the site. You agree to follow all local laws governing online conduct and acceptable content. You agree to not use the website to upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains indecent, anything unlawful, or any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) or any third party. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) does not control the Content posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable.

You agree to take responsibility for protecting your password and limiting the access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for any purchases or actions made through your account. When you, or someone to whom you have given access, orders a print item using your password, you grant Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) the worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the Content on the website and on the printed product for the purposes of storing designs or processing print orders.

You acknowledge that Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the case that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Bestproductpackaging.com(TM), its users and the public.

DESIGN FILE

Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) will only provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). Email can provide you with a quote if you wish to purchase high resolution files.
Customer-submitted Artwork

Artwork, designs and images must be submitted as CMYK files with a minimum 300 DPI. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) is not responsible for any color changes that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) is also not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated due to the customer-provided artwork.

Proofing and Matching

Each print job must be approved by the customer. This includes both the job specification sheet and final design. Customers will receive the final proofs and job specification sheets via email after placing an order. The customer is responsible for reading the entire specification sheet. This includes, but is not limited to, deadlines and production times, as well as ensuring that the specifications have been noted. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) is not liable for any specifications and requirements beyond what is noted in the final specification sheet. It is also your responsibility as the buyer to review the final proof. Proofreading is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. There are many different ways to create files, so it is possible for changes to occur without any planning. The final proof is what will be printed. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) strongly recommends that the proof is printed out at 100% to check actual position, spelling, and other design elements. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) will not be responsible for any design or spelling issues that are not identified by the customer and communicated to Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) immediately. The files and job specs will be sent by the production department to print the product in the same manner once the design has been approved.

Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs can predict the layout, text and image proportion of the design as well as the placement. However, they cannot predict the color or density. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) will try to match the gradient density of each color in a duo-tone. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof. The process of lamination may also alter the printed colors. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) is not liable for the final color appearance of a laminated products.

MATERIALS

Please note that the paper or card used to print our products is not food grade. Please make sure to write down any requirements you have. Before placing your order, please let us know if you require a paper stock that is food grade.

It is the customer’s responsibility to prove and approve the layout prior to printing.
Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) is NOT LIABLE for errors in a printed product caused by any of the following:
The incorrect use of fonts and graphics orientation or placement
Grammar, punctuation and spelling errors
The wrong die cuts, slits and Incorrect and Missing folds
The size of the product when it’s completed

Hardcopy Proofs and Color Accuracy

Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) cannot guarantee color match and color density because of limitations in the printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. The color reproductions will match the approved final proof to within 90%. Please note that Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) can only guarantee color reproduction for your print-ready files if you order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge. Please note that Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) is not responsible for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.

INDEMNITY

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) and all parties from whom Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphics or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) will cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. Cancellation is not possible if the product has been delivered. Cancellations are allowed at any stage of production, but cancellation fees may apply. You will be informed of any cancellation charges by the Customer Service Team.

2.) Our department of design revises the orders.
3.) The press receives orders.
4.) Before the order is shipped, the shipping company will take care of the orders.

Each order can be cancelled before the second stage. You will be charged $15 for canceling the order in the first stage. This is to cover the costs of payment processing and bank charges. The design department will also be covered by this charge. In order to cover the costs of our design department, if an order is cancelled in Stage 2, a minimum amount of 20 percent will be deducted from the total amount. You can still cancel an order if it is at Stage 3. However, we cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled. If a buyer wishes to cancel an order in Stage 3, he or she will have to pay a minimum of 50% of the total price. Orders that have reached stage 4 cannot be cancelled.

Design Orders

If you have successfully placed an order, no refunds are available.

RESTRICTIONS & REFUNDS

All sales are final because each order is unique. We will either correct or reprint the next purchase if we find that there was an error in text or design. No credit or refunds.

E-PRINTS

The customer must notify Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) will not be responsible for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.

In order to be eligible for a replacement product, the buyer will need to return (at their expense) at least 95% of their original ordered item within ten days of the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization by

Orders returned for any reason will not be refunded the cost of speedy printing (rush processing, or delivery). There are no exceptions.

Order Shipment and Delivery

Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) offers the following product options when placing an order:
Standard (Shipping Time is NOT Guaranteed)
Free Ground Shipping within 48 contiguous States
It is usually delivered within 10-14 business days after the final approval of the proofs.
Standard Service delivery time is not guaranteed.
Priority * Guaranteed shipment after 8 working day.
Free Ground Shipping is included in 48 contiguous states.
After final proof approval, the products will be shipped within 8 working days.
Express – Arrives in 6 Days or Less
Free Ground Shipping within 48 contiguous states
After approval of final proof, the products will be shipped within 6 working days.
If the proofs are not approved before 11 am EST in all cases, an extra business day will be added to shipping.

Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) will always act to print and ship orders in a timely manner. In no case shall Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products.

All Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) customers agree not to hold Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond Bestproductpackaging.com(TM)’ direct control. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.

Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. Unexpected equipment failures or malfunctions, or technical problems can cause delays in the shipping or printing process. If there are delays in shipping or printing, rush or expedite fees will be refunded or waived. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in shipping or printing.

All Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on the good that are shipped to their respective locations. Customers are responsible for clearing customs when shipping outside the United States and Canada.

Best Product Packaging is the key to making sure that customers are happy, as their main concerns are quality and price. Hence, we the Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) ready to give the best quality at competitive prices. Our production facilities are located around the world and we take our customers into consideration. Asia is the most important region for our production houses. South Asia has the best prices and quality, and we are responsible to deliver your product at no extra cost.

Damaged and Lost Packaging

Before accepting delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect their packaging and look for any evidence of damage or missing items. In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) and the delivery courier immediately. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 3 business days of order delivery. Bestproductpackaging.com(TM) is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.

It is common for the product that you ordered to be shipped with an extra piece or two, completely free. Rarely orders can contain less than the amount you ordered. Printing trade standards allow excess or underage up to 5%. It is recommended to order 10% extra than what is needed if the exact amount is required.

If the package needs to be reshipped because the buyer did not give the correct shipping address, there will be additional charges for handling and shipment.

The site, and its contents, are provided “as-is” without any warranty, implied or express, including but not limited, to warranties of merchantability or ability to meet a specific need. It is possible that the operation of the website may not be uninterrupted or error-free. On the website, you may find links and references to independent companies’ products and services. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
